Monday, July 19th, 2010good times were had at the deep ellum outdoor market!
by 11 a.m. saturday morning, my space was set-up and the market was underway! despite the terrible heat, there was a great turn-out ~ lots of foot traffic, a wide variety of vendors all with wonderful wares, and good tunes on the stage.
i got started on my next painting, sold a couple of things, bought a couple of things, of course, like the great vintage boots & green bracelet (that perfectly matched my dress) pictured above ~ and most importantly met some groovy new people! thanks to everyone who tolerated the heat to come out.
